Yes. We choose non-toxic, pet-safe materials throughout the range: food-grade silicone for bowls and chew toys, reinforced stitching on leashes and seat covers, and sturdy corrugated board on scratchers. Every item is inspected before it ships.

Corrugated cardboard is one of the most widely loved scratcher materials. Place it where your cat already spends time, and a little catnip on the surface usually seals the deal within a day or two.

Our seat covers, leashes and bowls are chosen with big dogs in mind — check the dimensions on each product page. If you need something we don't stock, email hello@elhcool.com and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth sourcing.

Place your order and we contact you by email with payment instructions. Your parcel ships as soon as payment is confirmed — usually the same business day. No card details are ever collected on the website.

Warm soapy water is enough for daily cleaning; our silicone bowls and toys are also dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Dry fully before storing.

Once a week keeps loose undercoat under control for most breeds — daily during seasonal shedding. Always brush gently in the direction of hair growth and stop if your pet shows discomfort.

Any toy eventually yields to a determined chewer, and that's a safety feature: once pieces can break off, retire the toy and replace it. Aggressive chewers do best with our firmest silicone designs.

Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty — see the Warranty page. Damage from misuse isn't covered, but we'll always help you find the cheapest fix.
