Delivery Information
We deliver across the United States — all 50 states.
Standard Delivery
2–5 business days across the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and territories may take a few extra days.
Delivery Fee
Free on orders over $99.00. A flat $6.00 shipping fee applies to smaller orders.
Offline Payment
Place your order first — our team contacts you with payment instructions before your parcel ships. All orders are settled in USD.
How delivery works
- Order placed. We quality-check and pack your items. Once payment is confirmed, your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Tracking. You receive an order confirmation and a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.
- Inspect on arrival. If the box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we'll sort it immediately.
Delivery notes
Add delivery notes at checkout — gate codes, "leave with neighbour", or a preferred drop-off spot — and we pass them on to the carrier. Business addresses are welcome.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us at hello@elhcool.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibbling.
